Getting Started with RingCentral

Setting up an Account

All Five Star Franchising employees are encouraged to have and use a RingCentral number. To request your number and get set up, create a ticket or email techsupport@fivestarfranchising.com.

NOTE: Franchise owners must NOT contact RingCentral to have numbers set up. RingCentral may create an account for that location which is very hard to then migrate back to our Five Star Corporate account. Please have Franchise owners interested in moving to RingCentral contact their FBC or their brand corporate team.

Start with the RingCentral support. It can answer most questions about setting up phone line and any of the features that you would want to use.
