We do not have a corporate Adobe account. Individual users are signing up for the Adobe products they need. Please approve with your supervisor/manager before purchasing.
AI Meeting Note Takers
Many AI note-taking tools automatically capture audio, store transcripts, and share meeting content externally, which may introduce unnecessary security and privacy risks. To keep our information secure, we strongly recommend using Google Meet, Gemini, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom for meeting notes and summaries.

AI Software
Gemini - Brands who are on Google Workspace will have Gemini licenses that can be assigned to your email account. To have Gemini added to your email, create a ticket or send a message to
techsupport@fivestarfranchising.com.
CoPilot - Corporate users who have Microsoft licences also have CoPilot. If you need Office 365 see the Microsoft Office 365 section below.
Bill.com/Divvy
All your company transactions should be in Divvy. Keep your receipts updated.
Bloomgrowth
Five Star Franchising runs on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), and the software that tracks all the meetings is Bloomgrowth.
Delightree
All brands are using Delightree for Franchise Management. Corporate users will have access with a single login for multiple brands. Set up and onboarding of all brands into Delightree should be completed in December 2025.
Five Star Buying Group
All of the deals, franchise owners, and corporate office staff get from various vendors are available on the Buying Group site.
Google Workspace
Brands on Google Workspace have access to Google Drive, Email, Docs, Sheets, and Presentations. Shared Drives have also been set up as a repository for company files.
HubSpot
Franchise Development and National Sales are using HubSpot for sales funnels, dashboards and reporting.
Looker
The data warehouse has reports in Looker. See the Reports Portal section below for access to reports. This link is only for people who have access to Looker.
Microsoft Office 365
Five Star Franchising has a corporate account and provides Office 365 to corporate users who need it. To be added to the corporate account, create a ticket or send a message to
techsupport@fivestarfranchising.com.
Reports Portal
Looker - Reports are created in Looker, but users should not have direct access to Looker. If you need a report that someone has referenced in Looker, make a request to have that report added to the reports portal.
RingCentral
All Five Star Franchising employees and Franchise Owners are encouraged to have a RingCentral account. To have a RingCentral number set up for you, create a ticket or send a message to
techsupport@fivestarfranchising.com. Please include the preferred area code for your number.
Slack
Zoom
Five Star has a Zoom account, and select brands also have Zoom accounts.
Where possible, use Google Meets, Slack Huddles, or RingCentral meetings. These are services that we are already paying for.
